The scope of this document is the presentation of IBIS Specification Version 3.2, also known as ANSI/EIA -656-A.IBIS is a standard for electronic behavioral specifications of digital integrated circuit input/output (I/O) analog characteristics. IBIS specifies a consistent software-parsable format for essential behavioral information. Within the IBIS format, vendors can accurately model compatible buffers. The goal of IBIS is to support all simulators of all degrees of sophistication.
