This standard describes procedures to measure thethickness of dry, homogeneous coatings applied on cementitioussurfaces using commercially available ultrasonic coatingthickness gages. These procedures are intended to supplementmanufacturers operating instructions for the manual operationof the gages and are not intended to replace them.
