ISO DIS 34101-3

Description / Abstract: This document specifies basic requirements for the design and implementation of a physical traceability or conformity claim mass balance system to trace the flow, both physically and/or administratively, of cocoa beans and cocoa products derived from those beans. This document specifies requirements for cocoa beans conforming to the requirements of ISO 34101-1 and ISO 34101-2 and derivative products from those beans. This document specifies verifiable requirements from an organization to the point of exit from the manufacturer of the final retail product.
