Description / Abstract: This standard applies to procedures of preparation and carrying out of modernization of launch complexes and their components. These procedures are realised in case of need to make changes in existing configuration of launch complex.

This standard establishes:

a) modernization stages;

b) modernization performance requirements;

c) functions of the main participants of the modernization process and their interactions.

Requirements of this standard are used by organizations involved in the modernization of the launch complexes.
