Description / Abstract: This document specifies a procedure to realize the city centers with zero-emission of greenhouse gases (GHGs) and small particles, the rather quiet environment with low noise and vibration and safe rides on buses by using battery-powered electric buses, which are desired by citizens in the area, especially by children, being aged and aged persons, who are rather delicate in health.

This document designates the transportation system to create such city centers by using batterypowered buses.
