Minimize dangers associated with high power rocketry by complying with the updated NFPA 1127.

NFPA 1127: Code for High Power Rocketry applies to the design, construction, limitation of propellant mass and power, and reliability of high power rocket motors and motor components, for use by a certified user for education, recreation, and sporting competition.

The 2008 edition includes amendments based upon findings outlined in a study by the National Association of Rocketry on the safety of sport rocketry.

A new edition of the High Power Rocket Safety Code has been included as an Annex to the Code. The Committee has also updated definitions to be consistent with other NFPA documents.
